J. Van Rose, Jr. is a 1975 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a highly decorated Naval flight officer. He is a principal owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Realty, LLC, one of Southeastern Virginia's largest Real Estate firms. In April of 2023, Rose & Womble Realty Co and BHHS Towne Realty merged to form Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Realty, LLC. Currently, Van is the Executive Chairman of the Board. 

Prior to this merge, Van was both Chief Operations Officer of Rose & Womble Realty and it’s New Homes Division President. As President of the New Homes Division for the past 30 years, Van and his team have marketed over 450 individual communities in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina and sold over 30,000 new homes. Van oversees all aspects of neighborhood creation, including financing, planning, developing, and building throughout our region. The Rose & Womble New Homes Division has garnered numerous sales and marketing awards for excellence, from the National Association of Home Builders and Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association. 

In 2009, Van was named a 'Legend of Residential Marketing' by the National Association of Homebuilders. Less than 50 industry leaders nationwide have been awarded this prestigious designation.

Ms. Campbell represents both tenants and property owners throughout the Southeastern Virginia office market and currently leases a portfolio of over 500,000 SF of office space, with owners ranging from private equity groups to individual local developers. This portfolio includes large blocks of Class A office space centrally located in Hampton, and Class B and C office in suburban areas of the Southside. She represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and/or disposition of office and warehouse buildings throughout the market.

She is licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina, is on the Board of the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate, and an affiliate of The CORE Network. Ms. Campbell is a board member of both the REACH Foundation and the Hampton Roads Soccer Council. She is a graduate of Youngstown State University in Ohio.

Doug Aronson is a Senior Vice President and Partner at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. and is also the Senior Managing Director of SLN Capital Markets, a division solely focused on investment sales of single, multi-tenant and multifamily properties. Doug rejoined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2020 after spending several years in South Florida, most recently with Colliers International where he spearheaded the NNN (triple net) net lease division for the firm’s Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale offices.

Doug started his commercial real estate career with S.L. Nusbaum in 2005. Before that he was an Emmy-Award winning television news reporter. Geoff Poston heads up the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Hampton Roads Industrial Group, working alongside ten industrial brokers in two offices. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial facilities throughout Southside Hampton Roads. Through procurement, as well as marketing services, Geoff has successfully represented local, national and international clients within the region. Client industries range from local government agencies to nationally recognized REITs and global manufacturers. To date, Geoff has completed over 210 transactions, totaling more than 4.1 MSF with a value of more than $155 M. He is Vice President of the Virginia Chapter – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He offers specialized experience in the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade properties and is an active Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee. Simon Stevenson is the Robert M. Stanton Endowed Chair of Real Estate & Economic Development and Director of the E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and the Harvey Lindsay School of Real Estate at Old Dominion University.

Dr. Stevenson holds degrees in Real Estate (BSc Liverpool John Moores University 1992), and Finance (MSc University of Stirling 1993; PhD University College Dublin 1997) and held faculty positions in Ireland and the UK before moving to the United States and the University of Washington in 2016. He moved to Virginia and joined ODU in the fall of 2021. Simon is a past-president of the American Real Estate Society and the International Real Estate Society and from 2014 to 2021 was co-editor of the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management. His research is focused on REITs, real estate capital markets & portfolio management; housing markets and international finance.

Jake H. Marshall, CPA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at The Breeden Company. Jake brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, financial management and operational efficiency. Prior to his current role, Jake served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, a position in which he oversaw the financial structuring of major projects.

In his role as COO, Jake oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments work seamlessly to achieve organizational goals. His leadership is instrumental in driving growth and innovation, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
